After his tenure in the financial sector, he shifted his focus and passion onto medicine. Later he was inducted into a post premedical program at Tufts University and attained his Medical Degree from Tufts University of Medicine. Immediately after obtaining his medical degree, he completed his neurosurgical residency in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
